I really enjoyed its excellent and friendly employees.
Came here for weekend, had great 4 days overall. The room itself was large and with bar, an amazing shower, for example. The venue was in a central location close to a mall and takeaway restaurants, restaurant, and the racecourse.

Check-in was a bit chaotic at the bar, but the friendly staff made it easier. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, clean, and warm, though the beds were a tad firm. It would’ve been great to have hot chocolate, but overall, the price and space for the family were fantastic.
